The company was founded by two brothers, Dave and Rich, who collectively have 45 years professional experience with respected companies including Google, Yahoo!, IBM, AT&T, Countrywide Home Loans, E*TRADE, Visa, Capital One and Bank of America. The company has offices in Calabasas, CA and Cleveland, OH.
